The house features five spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, and all equipped with minibar, safe, and hairdryer, ensuring hotel-level comfort within a private home setting.

Ground Level - 2 Bedrooms

On the ground level, there are two large bedrooms with  en suite shower rooms, both enjoying open sea views –and direct access to the outdoor living areas.

• One is a master bedroom double bed (180x 200cm), generously proportioned and ideal for guests seeking maximum privacy and comfort.
• The second is a double bedroom equally well appointed offering  flexible sleeping arrangements ,  two single beds / twins or double upon request, 90/180x200cm.

These two bedrooms are interconnected by an internal door, which can be locked, allowing them to function either as a private suite or as two completely independent rooms. Each bedroom also has its own separate entrance, offering flexibility for families, friends, or guests seeking autonomy.

Patio Level - 3 Bedrooms

On patio levels the remaining  three bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, are arranged, creating a quiet and intimate atmosphere:

• Two double bedrooms -  twin beds  (90/180x200cm)  offering flexible sleeping arrangements,  ( double configuration upon request) with an  additional sofa bed 90x200cm, making them ideal for couples with children or extra guests.
• One single bedroom, 90x200cm perfect for a solo guest, teenager, or staff accommodation.

All patio-level bedrooms maintain the same high standards of space, light, and comfort as the ground-floor rooms.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas are arranged in a separate building, designed as an elegant open-plan pavilion. This space functions as the social heart of the house, combining:

• A fully equipped kitchen
• A spacious dining area
• A comfortable living area oriented toward the sea and outdoor spaces

Large openings allow natural light to flood the interior while framing uninterrupted views of the landscape and the Aegean Sea.

The indoor common areas are connected to the two ground-level bedrooms through a beautifully designed outdoor living and dining space, which is protected from both sun and wind. This sheltered transition zone allows guests to move comfortably between private and shared areas, while encouraging outdoor living throughout the day and evening. In front of the living area lies the impressive swimming pool, measuring 15 meters long and 4.5 meters wide.
