Villa Areti is one of very few Mykonos Beach Front Villas. Handcrafted in wood and stone this cluster of villas is ideal for a group stay on the beach. Enjoy your secluded beach in a completely hidden bay. Three houses joined, the multi-level construction lends itself to privacy for all guests. Seven bedrooms with seven baths. In total the villa sleeps 13-14 guests in sophisticated luxury. Two exterior shaded dining areas , multiple lounge areas , professional exterior sound system. Every room in this hand-crafted villa is unique. Difficult to find another villa like this one on the island of Mykonos.

LAYOUT
The main house and the pool house are in 2 different levels.
The main house accommodates seven to eight.
Ground Level : a spacious living area for conversation, open to a dining area seating 12 plus an open plan fully equipped kitchen. A second living room is geared to entertainment with a home theater, satellite TV and a congenial fireplace. There is also a guest WC.
Upper Level : master bedroom with a walk in closet. The en-suite bath has a delightful rain shower.
Two more elegant bedrooms on the upper level: a twin bedroom with en-suite bath, rain shower and sea view and a single bedroom with en-suite shower bath and a kitchennete.
A guest house with independent entrance is adjacent to the main house with double bedroom with en-suite bath and a single bedroom.
The pool house spaciously accommodates six. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bath with rain shower and a twin bedroom with it’s own bathroom.
It offers a private terrace with a never-ending sea view.
The beach house is available upon request at an additional fee.

Old marble terraces surround the outside patio. Lounge in a hammock, swim in the pool, have a quiet conversation or read your favorite book in the bamboo covered lounge area. Have a rousing game of ping pong with your friends or follow a stone pathway down to the warm sands of the beach. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling and canoeing for a truly wonderful beach experience.
The main house has a shaded dining area and as a well as a Mykonian Style Tavern(La Taverna) on our premises , upon request
Gather around the fire pit on the beach or hold a lively party in the large covered outdoor conversation area. Serve a feast in the covered dining area.
You and your guest will enjoy your beachside hideaway in privacy with a distinctive Mykonian style.
